There’s a better way. I’m concerned a lazy form of Christian activism is surging among some circles of Christ’s Church.
A desire for the ease of throwing stones, cancelling dissenting voices, falsely crying wolf, and pugnacious debate sometimes rises higher than a desire to do the good, hard work of engaging real issues and ministering to real people. Now that’s alarming. God has given His people a prime opportunity to display the sufficiency of our robust gospel to speak into robust problems. But some of us are so busy heckling from the stands that we’re wasting our big moment on field.
We must get back our composure and get busy listening, get busy ministering, get busy proclaiming our King, and get busy bringing Jesus and His eternal wisdom into these temporary times. This is the better way. #church #betterway
